Both Tiers - Pumpkin Cake filled with Gingered Pumpkin Cheesecake and iced in Cream Cheese Buttercream
This was such a fun birthday cake to create! The birthday girl is The Flintstones biggest fan (all her pets are named after characters from The Flintstones) and with her birthday being so close to Hallowe'en, we tied in the spirit of the holiday as well!
