Bottom Tier - Vanilla Cake filled with Raspberries and White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

Top and Middle Tier - Banana Cake with Chocolate Chunks iced in White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing.

The wedding colours of purple, fushia, teal and chocolate brown really made this cake spectacular! It was so much fun to create and the best compliment I received was from the groom..."Often you see a cake that looks good but when you taste it it's just kinda bland. That cake tastes awesome! "

I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to create this very unique wedding cake. The groom owned the yellow jeep when the couple met and their Black Lab, Buka, and their Boston Terrier, Tika, were also featured on the top of the cake.

The fresh flowers really made this simply iced cake look elegant.

A 3 tier wedding cake is the largest that can be accomodated by my home fridge. The tiers are 6", 9" and 12" and each tier is 4" high and will serve between 85 and 100 people.
